The Multiac Grand Concert Duet Ambiance nylon-string acoustic-electric guitar features state- of-the-art custom electronics by Fishman, allowing the player to blend the sound of the undersaddle transducer with 4 individual virtual microphone models.
You can choose among the 4 blendable sound imaging mics via a 4-way selector switch. Mic models include the Danish Pro Audio Small- Diaphragm Condenser Mic, Soundelux E47 Large- Diaphragm Condenser Mic, and the Schoeps CMC64G Small-Diaphragm Condenser Mic at both close-mic position and at a distance of 16".
Similarly to other Multiac Grand Concert models, the Godin guitar's design unites a large mahogany body with a solid cedar top and a neck that joins the body at the twelfth fret. The 2" width at the nut is slightly larger than the standard Multiac and more typical of the classical tradition. The result is an impressive guitar for classical players that require superb, custom amplified sound.
All of the Multiac Duet nylon-string guitars include a very flexible and sophisticated output section. The 1/4" (standard) output will work with a regular guitar cord.
